I've heard that before any Canadian doctors can perscribe any drugs, they have to call their local MP to determine if it's in the budget. If it's not, I'm sorry Mr. Jones, you can't get your insulin today, the gov't is out of money.

and I heard that in the US, they call the patients insurance company. Whats that, dont have insurance? guess you'll just have to suffer...
