For Your Safety

Everyone knows of at least some of those unspoken bathroom rules we have. Rules like always wash hands before leaving, no talking between urinals, turn the sound off if you're playing games on your laptop in a stall, etc. So if you're looking for all the common (and less common) rules all in one place, check out Johnzo's guide to restroom safety. Let me say, I've learned a lot.

Playing games on your laptop in the stall?

Unfortunately, I was in the restroom at work when I heard computer game music and "power-up" sounds coming from one of the stalls. That's only slightly worse than the guy I saw last week who kept up a cellphone conversation while in the stall.

There should be laws against this kind of behaviour.

One time I was in a stall and the guy in the one right next to me says, "Hey!". I wait for a few seconds and when nothing else is said I hesitantly reply, "Um. Hi." He responds, "Oh sorry. I'm on my cell phone." Laws. Definitely. I'm just glad I got out of there before he did so I didn't have to see him face to face after that.
