Wanna know how George W knows Saddam developed weapons of mass destruction all the while committing wanton human rights abuses?
Easy, the US (and the rest of the Western world, for that matter) helped him out! I wonder if Bush wants the Iraqis to try, and ultimately execute Saddam, just so he doesn't talk?

I don't think the U.S. will try to pull a Jack Ruby in this case.
Whether you look at the percentage of weapons exported (http://www.xanga.com/item.aspx?user=dissidentfrogman&uid=14915553) or focus on nuclear-enabling technologies (http://www.iraqwatch.org/suppliers/whoarmediraq.pdf), it's clear that the US has a lot less to answer for than do France, Germany, Russia and China. Hmm, which members of the UN Security Council opposed enforcing Resolution 1441 again?
